Dermatology to join our Immunology team located in Springfield, IL.

Immunology Sales Specialist you will:
- Be responsible for attaining sales objectives, presenting
complex clinical and business information on J&J Innovative
Medicines Biotech's immunology products and services to an audience
of office and institutional based Immunology healthcare
professionals, government agencies, professional and patient
groups, health plans and others involved in the decision-making
process.
- Use discretion and judgment to execute the franchise and
company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer
segment, which may include physicians within specialty medical
practices and their staff, specialists within local hospitals,
clinics, and pharmacists within a specific geographic area.
- Influence decision makers and influencers within assigned
customers to support the use of the company's products in the
treatment of relevant disease states by developing and applying
clinical and business expertise, and effective selling skills.
- Execute marketing strategies at the local level, leveraging
resources appropriately and working successfully with company team
members and counterparts to share ideas and information to enhance
business results.
- Build customer loyalty by identifying and cultivating
relationships with key decision makers at the local level who can
influence decision making within the healthcare provider
systems.
- Discuss and educate HCPs and office staff on J&J IMM
patient resources.
- Understand office prescription process and train staff on the
use of J&Js web-based solution to improve the patient
experience.
- Lead customer through system registration and train on how to
integrate J&J's web-based solution into office process to best
help patients while following good IT practices.
- Establish productive relationships with office staff assisting
with prior authorizations and triaging cases to FRM team.
- Execute demonstrations of the solutions as needed. The
anticipated base pay range for this position is $96,000 to
$138,000. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales
incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this
position is eligible for participation in this program in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. This position is
eligible for a company car through the Company's FLEET program.

calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar
