As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers,

Certification(s) Required :
CPA license. International hires are required to have passed the
equivalent accounting certification exam in the selected
individual's home country. Hires from a PwC affiliate firm must
meet the credential requirements for a PwC US senior manager in
that PwC affiliate firm.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates extensive-level knowledge and/or a proven record of
success in the common business and accounting issues facing
privately held companies in industries, such as: manufacturing,
retail, distribution and services industry. These issues include
but are not limited to:
Mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, entrepreneurship, funding
requirements, growth objectives and exit strategies; and,
Technical knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in
the United States (U.S. GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing
Standards in the United States (U.S. GAAS) emphasizing an overall
extensive understanding - for the respective industry - of the
applicable business and accounting issues, and technical accounting
and financial reporting standards.
Demonstrates extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of
success as a team leader and team member in a professional services
firm, including, but not limited to, the following areas:
Whole Leadership: pursuing opportunities to develop existing and
new skills, which are outside of my comfort zone; maintaining
positive energy in the face of obstacles or when dealing with
complexity; and, acting to resolve issues, which prevent effective

engagements.
