Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. /n - Receive job order and direction from supervisor. Performs tasks of substantial variety which require a knowledge of assembly techniques, tools, materials, machines and equipment /n - Test Assembled parts as per product requirements /n - Perform repair work (under FAA and other regulatory requirements) as required. /n - Monitor clean room particles counter /n - Read and interpret the blueprint /n - Assemble to blueprint specifications /n - Create setup (whether it is a setup box or a complex setup). /n - Read ATP and follow its procedures to test the parts (if ATP is required for the part). /n - Fill out test data to record results of the ATP, if applicable. /n - Test parts from outside sources and answer any questions, when necessary. /n - Help out where needed to complete the job orders to schedule. /n - Comply with Essex company policies and maintain a positive work environment. /n - Assist in other areas, or tasks, to meet production needs /n /n Requirements /n - Required to have 1-3 years' experience in assembly work; high school level education required or equivalent. Technical school education preferred. /n - Moderate Physical Demand: Continuously lifting or moving light weight material; frequently lifting or moving average weight material; rarely lifting or moving heavy weight material /n - The pay for this position starts at a minimum of $19.00/hr. when the minimum job requirements are met and goes up based upon a candidate's experience and qualifications in a similar role.
