Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Assistant to
join our team! This person will perform clerical and administrative
functions in order to drive company success.The principal duties
and responsibilities of this role revolve around supporting our
advisors and our administration department with the service
requests and projects. The responsibilities of this position vary
with each task and project.Duties and responsibilities
include:Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to
appropriate persons or take detailed messages.Prepare
correspondence, service forms and assist with opening new
accounts.Schedule meetingsWelcome and greet clients and office
guestsFilingRequirements and Qualifications1+ years of experience
as a financial administrative assistant, valued by not
requiredSalesforce experience, valued but not requiredFast,
proficient, and accurante typistProficient with Microsoft Suite and
common office equipmentExcellent customer service and communication
skillsSelf-Starter who works well independentlyProfessional
demeanorExcellent organizational skillsTeam mindsetCompany
