Installation Supervisor (Commercial/Industrial) Do you map
manpower, sequence work, and see three steps ahead on an active
jobsite? Can you turn drawings into a safe, efficient plan your
crew can execute? If that sounds like you, this leadership role in
the St. Louis metro area may be your next move. This is not a
technician position. It’s a field leadership opportunity for
someone who plans, directs, and delivers complex installations.
Picture the Work You’re handed a spec set for multiple rooftop
units, a VRF system, and hydronic tie-ins. You confirm crane picks,
stage materials, coordinate trades, and brief the team. As the day
progresses, you troubleshoot issues in real time, keep quality
tight, and ensure everything aligns with codes and project
requirements. Systems You’ll Lead Commercial and industrial HVAC
installations Rooftop units of all sizes Large rooftop package
systems Hydronic and boiler systems VRF systems Ductless systems
Specialized air distribution systems Core Responsibilities Lead and
supervise commercial and industrial HVAC installation crews Plan
job execution, manpower allocation, and material flow Interpret
drawings, specifications, and installation requirements Ensure
installations meet safety standards, codes, and project
specifications Troubleshoot complex installation challenges and
make on-site decisions Maintain jobsite organization, productivity,
and quality control Coordinate with project management and other
trades Train and mentor installers to improve efficiency and
workmanship Qualifications 7 years of commercial or industrial HVAC
installation experience Proven experience running work as an
Installation Foreman or Lead Strong knowledge of large-scale HVAC
systems and installation practices Ability to read plans, manage
scope, and drive schedules Leadership mindset with clear
communication skills Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving
record Class E license or ability to obtain one Willingness to
relocate prior to start, if not already local Schedule Typical
start: 7:00 AM Typical finish: 4:00–6:00 PM Year-round commercial
and industrial installation work On-site, field-based role
Compensation & Benefits Pay: $33.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on
experience and leadership level) Company truck Fuel card Health,
