Please visit us at www.wincowindow.com to see examples of our fine architectural products Essential Functions : Receive and review Request for Quote received from Sales Rep Produce an accurate and timely Quote Work with Internal and External sources to obtain missing information Meet deadlines and stay focused on multiple jobs in a fast paced work environment Have the ability to clearly communicate with co-workers and sales representatives to resolve issues Ensure any changes are documented and proper signatures are obtained Ensure all job information is received and entered into the system accurately Other duties as directed by the Management Competencies: Math aptitude Detail oriented Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Time –management skills Computer literate in a windows based environment (Outlook, Excel, Word) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills, need to work on and track multiple jobs in a fast paced work environment Be able to effectively work with both internal and external contacts Able to work independently as well as being a team player Positive attitude Knowledge / Skills; Ability to read architectural drawings, blue prints or take-offs a plus Construction experience a plus Inside sales experience a plus Education: Associate’s degree preferred or related work experience Physical Demands : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
