everyday sound? We know, AMAZING! Sentinel Emergency Solutions is a
Rosenbauer fire apparatus and emergency equipment dealer based in
St. Louis, MO with territory in MO, IL and IN! We are looking to
hire an experienced Service Advisor to join our team! This position
will serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians,
mobile technicians and management for the maintenance and repair of
fire apparatus and emergency vehicles. This is a full-time position
and is in person at our headquarters at 2900 Telegraph Rd. St.
Louis, MO 63125. Yes, you read that right - work with firetrucks
and other emergency vehicles! This role is responsible for
contacting fire departments and customers, documenting service
needs, creating repair orders, scheduling technicians among other
duties. You will be under the leadership of the Service Manager and
be apart of a growing team in a fast paced environment! With that,
we do require at least two years of Service Advisor experience.
Salary is based on experience, minimum $50,000.00 per year.
