Coordinate with other members of the Leadership Team to implement the training plan for new teaching staff.
Conduct classroom observations to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning - curriculum.
Create a culture of engagement by empowering teachers to find solutions for themselves.

Desired skills and experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
A minimum of three years teaching experience in a licensed early childhood program
Ability to provide constructive feedback and advice to others
Solution and detail-oriented
Strong organizational skills
Coachable and able to coach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
