is seeking multiple Experienced Manufacturing Engineers located in
Berkeley, MO.When you join our team of mission driven engineers,

next generation Air Force Trainer, bombers and tactical fighter

Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements production and tooling
methodologies.
- Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate
technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
- Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and
maintains the program architecture for build.
- Leads and implements manufacturing plans.
- Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that
manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
- Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in
project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
- Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible
design/build definitions.
- Resolves technical problems of significant impact to
performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new
engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and
concepts.
- Validates and ensures production readiness of solutions to
complex problems.
- Implements lean principles and technologies.This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required
to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position
requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which
the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of
employment.
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is
required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science.
- 5+ years of related engineering experience with a bachelors OR
and equivalent combination of technical education and
experience.
- Experience in Lean Process implementation
- Prior engineering experience in a manufacturing or production
rolePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- B.S. or higher in Aerospace, Civil or Mechanical
Engineering
- Experience supporting defense and/or aerospace customers
- Experience with 3D model based instruction
- Experience with any of the following: IVT, CREO, CATIA, MES,
Gold, PrimeR, Aurora, VisVSA, DELMIA, VisMockup, ProModel, FlexSim,
3D Printed Parts, Moonshine Shop, Maker Space, ImDev, ICIDO,
Multi-Monitor Collaborative Rooms
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution System Common Image
(MESci)Typical Education/Experience:Level 3: Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced technical education from an
accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology
(includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science,
engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g.
Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or
an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or
non-US equivalent qualifications. In the USA, ABET accreditation is
the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.Drug
