Job Description Job Description Job Title: CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift Job Description We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality production parts. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to manufacturing parts used in various industries, including outdoor lawn and garden equipment. Responsibilities Operate CNC machines including drill press, shear, lathe, and grinder. Run production parts and ensure machines are operating efficiently. Load parts into machines, start programs, and monitor the production process. Check parts for quality after they are offloaded. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments. Stage finished parts for orders. Essential Skills Experience with CNC machine operation and programming. Ability to operate and troubleshoot CNC equipment and machinery. Proficiency in CAD/CAM software. Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Open to candidates with lower-level experience in operating CNC machines. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
