Job Purpose:--Under the direction of the Branch Owner, manage the overall operational efficiency of the branch office. Supervise Financial Advisors, Registered Assistants, and compliant branch procedures and activities aligned with Raymond James corporate policy. In addition to compliance oversight, create and facilitate a warm, hospitable atmosphere for clients visiting and/or calling the branch. Facilitate day-to-day administrative functions and procedures.
