      • Document, create, and implement business processes
      • Process customer contracts
      • Assist with company & client reporting
      • Become our XP3 Talent System AdministratorCustomer Service
        • Be proactive and provide exceptional customer service to all clients, build long-term trusting relationships
        • Answer incoming phone calls
        • Follow up with customersSales Support
          • Keep our CRM up to date
          • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads
          • Create a rehash program
          • Manage sales rep's calendars and set appointmentsOffice Management
            • Order supplies
            • Fleet maintenance
            • Track new hires and subcontractor's paperwork
            • Data entrySome qualifications include:
              • High school degree
              • 3+ years of successful experience in an administration role
              • Expert verbal and written communication skills
              • Excellent customer service skills, proactive and follow up without instruction
              • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
              • Tech-Savvy: Expert (demonstrable) skills with G-Suite, MS Word, Excel, team collaboration tools, and CRM systems.
