About Us: Chesterfield Sports Association is the owner and operator of The Beal Center: a premier sports and recreation facility in the community. We are dedicated to providing a top-tier experience for athletes, families, and community members alike. We are looking for the next superstars in facility operations for our Summer 2025 internship class and our Fall 2025 internship class. Here's what you can expect to get from us: High quality training and supervision from energized and experienced full-time staff Career guidance and coaching from upper management Freedom to be creative and develop as a professional in the sports industry Experience in running and maintaining an indoor sports facility College credit, if applicable, through your University Here's what we expect from you: Desire to learn and grow Excited to work in sports and network with coaches, decision-makers, athletes, and guests Willingness to be challenged and step outside of your comfort zone Willingness to work weekends and evenings, while working with fellow interns to manage your flexible schedule Ability to work independently and as part of a team Here's what you'll be doing / learning: Working special events, rentals, and tournaments while representing The Beal Center Assisting Operations Manager in the development and execution of internal programming Assisting Food & Beverage manager with inventories and learning the entire operations of concession stands in the sports world Assisting Maintenance Director in keeping the 100,000 sq ft facility in top shape Creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and fun facility for all guests Provide unmatched support so that all customers leave with an excellent customer experience and a desire to return **This is an unpaid, in-person, internship in Chesterfield, MO.
