• Develop and implement site selection strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and operational needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and integrate business requirements in site selection processes.
• Negotiate terms with property owners, real estate brokers, and local governments to secure favorable agreements.
• Assess and compare costs, benefits, and risks associated with potential sites to make data-driven recommendations.
