Array partners with an extensive network of hospitals, health systems, community healthcare organizations, and payors to improve access and deliver the highest quality of care to patients.ABOUT THE ROLEArray Behavioral Care is hiring a weekend specialist, 100% virtual Psychiatrist to provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings and states. You will immerse yourself in the buzz of emergency departments, hospital medical floors or crisis stabilization units from the comfort of your own home. Array Emergency Psychiatrists collaborate with onsite professionals to determine a timely disposition and use evidence-based practices to provide care to vulnerable individuals experiencing mental health crises.Weekends include shifts between 12:00am Saturday to 11:59pm EST Sunday.Array will support getting additional state licensure for active, board-certified or board-Eligible Psychiatrists. If you don't see a job posting in a state you are actively licensed in, please feel free to apply.WHAT YOULL DOSimultaneously serving multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs to evaluate and treat patients in crisis and find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of careReceiving support throughout your shift by our 24/7 access center who triages cases and makes sure you have what you need to successfully treat each patientDirecting and/or implementing psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribing medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disordersUtilizing a collaborative care approach within your partners healthcare treatment teamWHAT WERE LOOKING FORBoard-certified or board-eligible PsychiatristUnrestricted, independent licensureEstablished and updated CAQH and FCVS profilesExperience providing psychiatric care to all age groupsTreating patients in acute crisis and providing stabilizing treatment in 24/7 settingsCommunicating with patients from various backgrounds and providing culturally competent careExperience working with multiple EMRs at the same timeAdvanced technical proficiency, including using hardware (Laptop, camera, monitors), Windows systems, Microsoft software, and EMR software over several years of experience in telehealthYou thrive in a supportive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and inclusive environmentYou are interested in being a clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modalityYou are passionate about our mission to transform access to quality behavioral care through innovative applications of technologyPOSITION LOGISTICS100% remote positionRequired to have a private office space in home or elsewhere for confidentialityYou will likely be required to work with Array to obtain additional state licensure and DEA licenses. We will support that process and cover the costs and/or reimburse for out-of-pocket expenses.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe pay range for this role is $150 - $195 an hour. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position using current market data.
