As a Rapid Response RN at Springfield Memorial Hospital (SMH), youll be part of a Magnet-designated hospital recognized for its commitment to nursing quality, professional growth and patient-centered care. The Rapid Response Registered Nurse serves as a housewide resource to assist staff in the recognition and stabilization of patients with signs of clinical deterioration.
