Responsibilities of the Medical Science Liaison (MSL):

• 
  
• Provide fair, balanced, objective, scientific information and education to healthcare professionals and internal partners.
  
• Stay abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in therapeutic areas of interest.
  
• Support research initiatives and investigator-initiated studies.
  
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and develop territory strategies.
  
• Develop competency in influence, communication, stakeholder engagement, and data dissemination.
  
• Conduct activities in compliance with regulatory and healthcare guidelines.
  
• Travel within assigned geography up to 60% for field activities.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • PharmD, PhD, MD, or other advanced medical degree (NP, PA).
    
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
    
  • Experience in presentations and scientific exchange.
    
  • Ability to support travel up to 70%, including weekends.
    
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record.
    
  • Reside within or be eligible for relocation to the territory.
    
    Preferred Qualifications:
    
    • 
      
    • Knowledge or experience in Oncology and/or Urology.
      
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and remote communication tools.
      
    • Previous experience as an MSL is a plus.
      
      Compensation and Benefits:
      Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $197,800. Eligible for a company car, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
