working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVICU RN in Saint
Louis, Missouri, 63136! Registered Nurse, Profession: Registered
Nurse Specialty: CVICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour
Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years CVU
experience License: Current and up-to-date nursing license required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Current and up-to-date
nursing license ACLS certification Minimum of 2 years CVU
experience Experience with hemodynamics Ability to titrate cardiac
and vasoactive drips Preference for cardiac assistive machine
experience Preference for EPIC experience Description: This
position involves working night shifts in a CVICU setting. The
nurse will care for post-operative cardiac patients, including
those who have undergone cardio-thoracic surgery and TAVR
procedures. Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and management
of various cardiac drips is essential. The nurse will work under a
1:1 patient ratio in the ICU and a 2:1 ratio on telemetry shifts.
Candidates are required to have strong skills in arterial line
management and dysrhythmia interpretation. Experience with
intra-aortic balloon pumps and ventilator management is preferred.
