Position Job Title: CVOR Certified Surgical First Assistant
Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: CVOR Certified Surgical

Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required, Level 1
experience required License: Required Certifications: BLS, NBSTSA,
CSFA required Must-Have: - Previous experience in CVOR. -
Experience with abdominal aortic aneurysm repair, laparoscopic
assisted cases, and CABG. Description: We are seeking a CVOR
Certified Surgical First Assistant. This position involves
assisting in various cardiac surgical procedures. The role is
Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 16:30. Call is required as part of
the position. Candidates must possess the BLS, NBSTSA, and CSFA
certifications. Experience in trauma Level I is required.
Candidates with one year of experience are welcome to apply,
including first-timers. The ideal candidate will have skills in a
variety of surgical techniques and procedures, including mitral
valve replacement and thoracotomy. This is an excellent opportunity

suites. Candidates will need to be prepared for potential equipment
management and documentation associated with surgical cases.
