Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Springfield, IL Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,066 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Telemetry/remote cardiac monitoring and rapid response team participation Colostomy care, feeding tube management Pre/post hemodialysis management, renal failure care IV therapy including blood products, central and peripheral line management, PICC line care, IV starts Medications: Heparin, Insulin, PCA management Neurological care: spinal cord injuries, surgical drains Ortho trauma experience Respiratory care: CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula, non-invasive airway management, suctioning, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care Wound care including wound vac management Isolation precautions Requirements Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg experience (first-timers NOT accepted) Active Illinois RN license required BLS certification required Weekend coverage every other weekend No on-call required Must float to other units as needed within scope Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
