Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Saint Peters, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,300 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saint Peters, Missouri, 63376! Job Title: Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Telemetry License: Valid state nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required Must-Have: - Telemetry experience - EPIC charting experience - Neuro/Stroke care experience - Experience with post-cath lab management in an inpatient setting Description: The position focuses on telemetry nursing. Registered Nurses (RNs) will work night shifts. This is a 3x12 hour schedule. RNs may be required to float between designated facilities as needed. The average daily patient census is 16. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4-6. Every third weekend of work is expected. Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience in cardiac telemetry, wound care, and post-surgical care is essential. RNs will care for adult and geriatric patients undergoing various medical procedures, including total joint replacements, neuro spine surgeries, general surgeries, and diabetic care. Additional responsibilities may include managing IVs, administering blood products, and providing tracheostomy care. Isolation precautions and wound care management are also part of the job. Collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams will be required. Candidates should expect to float within service lines and to evaluate and support patient care needs.
