registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Provide advanced nursing care in a fast-paced acute
care environment focused on stepdown patients during the night
shift. This essential role requires a minimum of two years of
recent bedside experience and specialized skills to manage complex
patient needs. Flexibility to float within lower acuity units
supports dynamic patient care demands. Location: Based in Saint
Louis, MO, this role places you within a vibrant city known for its
cultural landmarks, diverse communities, and rich history. Enjoy

dedicated to comprehensive patient care. Schedule: Night shift, 3x
12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) 36 guaranteed hours weekly
Weekend rotation: 2 shifts every other weekend (Friday/Saturday or
Saturday/Sunday depending on rotation) Key Responsibilities:
Provide bedside nursing care for patients requiring stepdown
monitoring and treatment Manage titration of vasopressors, sedation
medications, insulin drips Oversee care involving trach vents,
arterial lines, external pacemakers, and chest tubes Utilize EPIC
for documentation and maintain compliance with hospital protocols
Float within scope to lower acuity floors as needed Qualifications
and Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent bedside experience, with
acute care or stepdown preferred Active RN license or pending
licensure accepted within 75-mile radius Certifications required:
ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale Must have experience managing
vasopressors, sedation, insulin drips, and other advanced
interventions Ability to work night shifts and rotate weekend
coverage Additional Details: Acute care hospital with 233 staffed
beds Navy scrub color designated for the unit Free parking
