an internal medicine or IM/Peds physician to join their growing
primary care team in this beautiful thriving community in Central
Illinois. Position Highlights: • Collegial team of 30 primary care
physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship • 4-day work
week 42 days off = unmatched work/life balance • Opportunities to
craft your scope of practice to your unique skillset • Incredible
support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for
rooming, pre-authorizations, and after-hours calls • Practicing
physicians and current residents encouraged to apply Compensation &
Benefits: • Base salary starting at $304,000 ~$15,000 in annual
quality bonuses = ~$319,000 year one • Competitive wRVU-based
incentive structure, with additional earning potential easily
reached in under 2 years • $210,000 recruitment package including
