working with Cynet Health to find a qualified CVOR RN in Saint
Louis, Missouri, 63110! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day
Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years; will
consider 1 year if from a Level 1 trauma facility License: Valid
state license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Scrub
and circulate experience required for cardiac, thoracic, and
vascular cases. Description: Scrub experience for cardiac,
thoracic, and vascular surgeries is required. Circulate experience
is also required. Minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience is
required; 1 year may be considered if from a Level 1 trauma
facility. First-time travelers are accepted only if they have more
than 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma facility. Weekend
coverage is required per call policy. On-call is required as
needed, which may include 3-4 weekday and 1-2 weekend shifts over a
6-week schedule. The clinician may float within the service line to
meet facility needs. A block schedule is not accommodated. No local
candidates are accepted within a 75-mile radius. Pending licenses
are accepted. No more than 7 days of requested time off are
permitted during the contract period. A BSN is preferred.
Experience in cardiac and thoracic cases is primarily needed,
including vascular and transplant surgeries. Start times vary and
may include 06:30, 08:00, 09:00, or 11:00. Candidates should be
prepared for urgent and emergent cases. All staff members are
responsible for entering missing instruments into the system. The
official turnaround time is 40 minutes from call to clock-in.
Candidates must have emergency case management experience and be
able to set up within 40 minutes. Heart and lung transplant
experience is needed for night shift. Scrub experience specifically
for CVOR is required. Candidates should have experience with
various cardiovascular and thoracic surgical procedures. References
are preferred at the time of submission. All travelers will float
within the service line as required. Complications or delays with
items deemed non-compliant may result in extended timelines for
onboarding. Please ensure completion of all necessary
