This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, leading clinic operations, and fostering a high-performing, values-driven team. Complete administrative and compliance tasks accurately and timely. Delegate effectively and follow up to ensure accountability. Promote continuous improvement through regular feedback and coaching.
