Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Saint Louis,
Missouri, 63110! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Valid
State License required Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Will
need to pass the EKG exam. Experience with the interpretation and
management of dysrhythmias is required. Experience in Med/Surg,
blood product administration, peripheral line care/management,
phlebotomy, starting IVs, insulin, PCA, spinal cord injuries,
traumatic brain injury, ortho trauma, total joint replacements is
required. Experience with surgical drains, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP,
high flow nasal cannula, oxygen administration, wound care/wound
vac is required. Description: The position is for a registered
nurse specializing in medical surgical care. The nurse will be
responsible for providing care to patients who have experienced
trauma, including geriatric trauma and acute care surgeries.
Patient diagnoses primarily come from emergency departments,
operating rooms, or intensive care units. The nurse will work in a
level I trauma center with a diverse patient population.
Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory
services, radiology, and pharmacy. The daily census ranges from 50
to 55 patients. The unit has a focus on trauma care and surgical
recovery. The nurse will be expected to float within the service
line as needed to meet facility needs. Weekend work is required
every other weekend. Strong communication and teamwork skills are
