Job Description:

SSM Health is seeking a dedicated CT Tech II to join our team in fostering an environment of healing and care. You will utilize state-of-the-art technology to perform computed tomography (CT) scans, contributing to accurate diagnosis and treatment planning by physicians. This role requires a detailed-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in CT imaging will be instrumental in providing high-quality patient care. Operate CT imaging equipment to produce images of required quality Coordinate with radiologists to determine proper imaging techniques Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy during procedures Maintain and calibrate CT equipment to ensure operational effectiveness Document all procedures and maintain accurate records Adhere to health and safety standards at all times Assist radiologists and other healthcare members during complex procedures Proficiency in CT technology and troubleshooting Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Skill in managing radiation safety and quality protocols Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certification in CT technology
