Job Description:

system, is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our dynamic

community setting. As a Charge Nurse, you will oversee the nursing
unit, coordinate patient services, and ensure adherence to our

care delivery system. Supervise nursing staff and manage the daily
operations of the care unit. Ensure high-quality patient care and
adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Coordinate
patient care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Facilitate positive patient experiences and outcome-focused
healthcare. Manage staffing schedules, patient assignments, and
administrative duties. Participate in the training and professional
development of nursing staff. Implement and evaluate policies to
improve patient care efficiency. Leadership and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
clinical and administrative healthcare Ability to handle
high-stress environments Organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support
(BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
