We care for those undergoing total joint replacements, fracture repairs, and trauma-related surgeries, as well as patients recovering from gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy, and other medical-surgical procedures. Working closely with therapy services, we create a supportive environment that promotes rehabilitation, mobility, and independence. As Mercy’s Innovation Unit, we pilot new ideas and technologies to enhance workflow, improve care, and elevate the patient experience-offering every caregiver the chance to help shape the future of nursing. Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school; ? License: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri ?
