ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Saint Louis, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Schedule: 4x12 shift pattern • 48 guaranteed hours per week • Weekend hours as needed • No call requirements • Work in Neuro Stepdown/Progressive Care Unit • 1 years of critical care experience required • Neuro/Stepdown/Trauma experience preferred • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Float requirements as needed/customary upon request • Use standard nursing equipment on ICU level and EPIC EMR system • Care for neuro trauma patients • Must pass mandatory medication and math competency test before assuming medication administration responsibilities • Dress code requires black scrubs • Must demonstrate team player attitude, commitment to positive patient outcomes, and superior communication skills Facility: This healthcare facility has provided healing services to the St. Louis region for over 150 years, offering nationally recognized medical and specialty care.
