Must-Have: EPIC experience required Every other weekend commitment
Description: The role is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience.
First-time travelers are not accepted. Workdays will vary per week,
with an opportunity for block scheduling for those interested in a
weekend option position. Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
is required. There are no on-call requirements. This facility is
recognized for quality patient care. It specializes in high-risk
pregnancy care, chest pain, stroke care, and imaging services. The
Emergency Department is a certified STEMI and stroke center. The
daily census in the department is approximately 125 patients. The
environment requires skills in various emergency medical
situations. Candidates must have experience with pediatric and
adult emergency cases. Preferred experience includes Level I and II
trauma settings. Travel experience is required. Patient care
requires managing diverse emergencies and implementing necessary
interventions. All clinicians must complete an OSHA Respirator
Clearance and undergo fit testing. A six-month break is mandatory
after one year of travel work before returning as a traveler. 5
