Rotating 12hr shifts!!!MUST BE CLEAN SHAVENDescription:Candidates will operate equipment used for manufacturing and binding of carbon fibers in a safe manner. All candidates will start out on the line. Here they will monitor the machines that bind the carbon fiber with resin. This area requires strong attention to detail. They may also be loading spools of carbon fiber which is a physically intensive task. Eventually candidates will move on to cutting and binding the finished product. Some contractors may also work the mixing station, where the binding resin is mixed. The position requires lifting, turning, bending, reaching, pulling, walking and standing for extended periods of time. Strong candidates are those who have the initiative to seek out additional was to help if there is down time in their assigned taskSkills:production, general production, assembly, machine operator, manufacturing process, general laborAdditional Skills & Qualifications:One year of manufacturing or industrial technology experience and/ or candidates who are mechanically inclined is preferred; however, work ethic, reliability, and the desire for long-term employment far outweigh any specific skills or experience.Must be able to lift up to 30 LBS.Must be able to stand for 12 hour shifts.Must be able to clean shaven in the case that they need to wear a respirator. Must have basic computer. Must be able to do simple math.Experience Level:Entry Level
