Job Description Job Description Job Summary: The Warehouse Operator 2 is responsible for handling, pulling, packing, and stocking chemicals of various types and sizes while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with established procedures. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in cold environments, and consistent use of computer systems to support daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse setting. Key Responsibilities: Handle all types and sizes of chemicals, including pulling, packing, and stocking materials Verify materials against provided documentation to ensure accuracy Use PC-based systems, including SAP, throughout the workday Maintain a high level of attention to detail during all tasks Work in extremely cold conditions for portions of the shift as required Perform repetitive-motion tasks as part of daily operations Remain on feet for most of the workday Lift materials weighing up to 20 lbs as needed Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and participate in EHS activities Read, understand, and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support overtime work as required by business needs Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude Perform additional duties as assigned Required Skills: Experience in assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing environments (preferred) Ability to use computers for daily operational tasks Basic knowledge of SAP or similar operating systems Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written procedures and SOPs Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business needs Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment Education: High School Diploma or GED required Preferred Skills: Prior experience handling chemicals or materials Familiarity with EHS procedures and safety standards Education: High School Company Description Compunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
