role in supporting our mission and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Brief Summary
of Duties Repair and part out Notebooks. Research values, prepare
items for resale and ensure re-marketable equipment is not recycled
Sort and track new and used parts installed in devices Ensure all
customer data has been removed from equipment Travel for in state
or out-of-state special projects as needed (optional). Perform
other duties as assigned by the department. Experience and/or
Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Resume must show
a background working with computers and hardware repair Effective
and articulate verbal and written communication that is clear and
concise. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail
with excellent problem-solving skills. Experience using basic
computer software. Basic math skills to count IT equipment with
speed and accuracy. Use organization tools such as internal
computer software to locate and gather stock with handheld devices,
and bar code scanners. Includes sitting, standing, bending,
twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without
reasonable accommodation. Experience and/or Education Preferred A
certification Apple certification Associate degree in Information
