Job Description:
Responsible for architectural design and implementation of
overall enterprise software solutions. This will include
researching, identification, selection, and all steps related to
drive solution delivery. Systems integration will be a key focus
along with aligning teams (internal and vendor development teams)
to our shared technical direction and partnering with multiple
teams to elaborate the solution along with its architecture,
interfaces, assumptions and context. The successful candidate will
bring a demonstrated track record of success as a change agent as
well as critical skills in developing partnerships, modeling
behaviors and help drive future innovation of our software
solutions. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related
field or equivalent experience 5-8 years of experience in the
Software Engineering field Hands on experience with cloud solutions
(Azure) and related technologies to drive optimization in software
solutions Proven experience developing strategic software
architecture plans and modernization of solutions Extensive
experience in software solution creation and development Solid
understanding of information processing fundamentals and best
practices Above-average analytical, conceptual and troubleshooting
abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience conducting technology, trends, standards and products
research Solid track record in prioritizing and executing tasks in
a fast paced environment Proven experience identifying, analyzing
and resolving system problems Good knowledge of applicable data
privacy practices and laws Ability to mentor, interact and educate
individuals/teams on strategic application decisions The Timberline
