The Boeing company is currently hiring for a lead Mechanical
Systems Design & Analysis Engineer (Hydraulic Systems, Actuation &
Control) Level 4 for the F-15 program in St. Louis, MO on 1st
Supports the development and documentation of mechanical and
fluid system and thermal environment requirements to establish the
Supports the development, maintenance or modification of system,
component and installation designs/proposals to provide design
documentation to downstream groups.
Performs and documents analyses to validate and verify systems
and components meet requirements and specifications.
Contributes to supplier development, test and production
activities and directs the supplier to optimize integration and
achieve program goals.
Supports system components'' designs/proposals standards to
provide installation and detail documentation.
Works under general direction.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security
Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An
interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Qualifications):
Experience in 3D Modeling, demonstrated proficiency as a UG NX
11 user, and competent in using Team Center version 11.
Experience working F-15 Subsystems Design.
Ability to do F-15 Hydraulic Design Subsystems doing layouts,
designing new design configurations as well as making drawing
changes to current designs.
Experience with MBD (Model Based Definition) for both Production
Aircraft build and Fleet Retrofit.
Bachelor''s degree or higher from an accredited course of study
in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
F/A-18 Subsystem design experience and/or experience in other
subsystems design (Fuel, ECS, etc ..) on other aircraft
An activeSecret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security
Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced
technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years'' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years'' related work experience). In
the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard
