Apply today!As a Lifestyle Coordinator you will plan, organize, facilitate and direct recreational activityprograms for residents in the Assisted Living community, such as sports, games, arts/crafts andothers to assist residents to develop interpersonal relationships, socialize effectively, anddevelop confidence. You will also regulate program content based on individualized patientcapabilities, needs and interests. Organize and coordinate special outings and internal/externalcommunity events. Plan and document a monthly activity calendar. Assess and documentprogress charts and periodic reports for medical staff and other members of the treatment teamreflecting resident reaction and evidence of progression/regression. Network with communityorganizations, businesses, schools and individuals to form a solid volunteer program.:Qualifications:- Minimal of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent:
