Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Material Planner & Regeneration will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. In this role, you will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning. This role's duties will be split between materials planning and shop operations based on plant management direction as well as production demand.

In addition, you will:
--- Coordinate and execute scheduling, ordering, and receiving activities for assigned part numbers using SAP
--- Work with Materials Manager and plant management to assure that the shop has the necessary materials, configuration records, manpower, and tooling to meet required manufacturing / production levels
--- Coordinate input on material shortages, farm out, and delivery of hardware
--- Identify and react to material plans that do not meet customer requirements
--- Monitor implementation of corrective action plans
--- Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, hardware / tooling availability, and status to schedules
--- Monitor supply and demand misalignment using SAP
--- Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and shop capacity
--- Work with shop leads to develop hardware delivery commitments
--- Interface with demand management, shop scheduling, production, fabrication, and other GE functions as required
--- Work with management team to analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease site inventory and reduce costs

Qualifications/Requirements:
--- High School Diploma / GED
--- Minimum 1 year of experience in utilizing planning systems

Desired Characteristics:
--- 18 months of experience in a Mobile Water Regeneration facility
--- Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university
--- Ability to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities
--- Prior experience in production control or planning, supervision, sourcing or material control environment
--- Prior experience in regeneration activities and mobile water filtration equipment operation
--- Ability to work effectively in all environments
--- Strong oral and written communication skills
--- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
