Knapheide Truck Equipment Center in St. Peters, MO is looking to hire a full-time Parts Specialist to assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, and help organize and manage inventory.

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  
  • Foster positive customer relations through effective communication; respond quickly to inquiries in a cooperative, supportive, and professional manner; serve as a customer liaison to the parts and service department
  • Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work
  • Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts
  • Work directly with the production team to assure needed parts are available

      REQUIREMENTS
      
      • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
      • Exceptional customer service skills
      • Strong computer skills
      • Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
