Global Services. - F-15 Training Systems is seeking a Lead Systems
Engineer/Integrator -to help conduct system design, integration,
and test for F-15 Aircrew Trainers in Berkeley, MO. - In order to
be considered for this position, a candidate must have experience
with aircraft training systems.Position Responsibilities:
- Primarily supports F-15 Training Systems.
- Duties include leading inspection, repair, and replacement of
parts, assembly/installation, calibration, testing and operational
checks to correct malfunctions and to verify adequate and proper
serviceable condition of any component, system or subsystem of the
Trainer System.
- Correcting documented deficiencies or malfunctions and
documenting all discrepancies in a database format.This position is
expected to be 100% onsite. - The selected candidate will be
required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This
position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S.
Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been
active in the past 24 months is considered active)Special Program
Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for
this position.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited course of study
in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
AND 5 or more years' of related work experience OR an equivalent
combination of technical education and experience (Ex: -PhD,
Master's + 3 or more years' related work experience)
- 5+ years of experience in aircraft training systems
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically 20% of the
timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Experience within the real-time simulation problem domain such
as simulation system architectures, requirements, system interfaces
and integration and test of real-time simulators is a plusTypical
Education & Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced
technical education from an accredited course of study in
engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
(e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work
experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and
experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In
the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not
required, accreditation standard.Relocation: Relocation is
