- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial services, retirement planning, or a related field. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. - Familiarity with retirement plan types, including 401(k), IRAs, and pension plans. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. - Customer service experience with a focus on financial services. - Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance related to retirement plans. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Experience using financial planning software is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
