is seeking is seeking a Systems Engineer to support Air Dominance
and Fighters programs located in Berkeley, MO.The Air Dominance
portfolio includes exciting products such as F15 Eagle, F/A-18
Super Hornet, EA-18 Growler, MQ-25 Stingray, and the T7 Redhawk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing systems
engineering and integration throughout the life cycle of these
various Air Dominance programs. The supported programs are in
different program life cycle stages (development, production, and
sustainment). The position requires the ability to closely
coordinate with the domestic and foreign customers, engineering
leadership, and various engineering teams throughout different
stages of the product life cycle.As part of our growing

our exceptional team.Position Responsibilities:
- Applies an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan,
design, develop and verify a lifecycle balanced system of systems
and system solutions.
- Evaluates customer and /operational needs to define and
coordinate system performance requirements, integrate technical
parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and
program interfaces.
- Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems
and/or system architecture.
- Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability,
maintainability, testability, human systems integration,
survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security,
regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties
quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission
success.
- Develops the planning, organization, implementation and
monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk,
issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment
processes.
- Resolves cross-functional technical issues. Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study
in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing
engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data
science, or computer science.
- Experience with systems engineering and integration activities
on a complex product
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work-related experience OR
Master's or PhD with 3+ years of work-related experience Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with safety engineering analysis and/or regulatory
compliance
- Experience working with development system design
requirements
- Experience with Air Vehicle Systems Safety and/or Airworthiness
processes
- Education/experience in 1 or more of the following: Cameo,
MSOSA, Rhapsody, DOORS
- Education/experience in 1 or more of the following: SysML
and/or UML modeling languagesTypical Education/Experience:Level 3:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical
education from an accredited course of study in engineering,
computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor)
and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an
equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g.
PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience). In the USA, ABET
accreditation is the preferred, although not required,
