hiring a Mid-Level or Experienced Shipside Operations Specialist to
join the F-15 Manufacturing Production Support team located in
Berkeley, MO.We are committed to providing our team equal

- Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and
networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by
responsible support organization
- Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison
to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets
data
- Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact
issues
- Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to
address reoccurring and high impact issues
- Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
- Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced
teammates
- Shipside Operations Specialist works under general
directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations
environment
- 1+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting
data and managing projects
- Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and
SharePointPreferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience):Level 3
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci)
experience.
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the
military
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive
leadership
- Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)Level 4
- 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations
environment
- 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting
data and managing projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci)
experience.
- Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity
improvements
- Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the
military
- Experience interfacing with senior and executive
leadership
- Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)Drug Free
