Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is hiring a Mid-Level or Experienced Shipside Operations Specialist to join the F-15 Manufacturing Production Support team located in Berkeley, MO.We are committed to providing our team equal opportunity for growth in a stable work environment. • Use technical knowledge, understanding of process flow, and networking skills to ensure issues are addressed and resolved by responsible support organization
• Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data
• Assist organizations in identifying reoccurring and high impact issues
• Supports root cause analysis and corrective action plan to address reoccurring and high impact issues
• Facilitate ongoing coordination and tracking of open items
• Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced teammates
• Shipside Operations Specialist works under general directionBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment
  • 1+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePointPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Level 3
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience.
    • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
    • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
    • Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)Level 4
      • 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environment
      • 3+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and managing projects
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experience.
      • Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvements
      • Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military
      • Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
