You leave work every day knowing the operation is better now than it was at the start of the shift.Roles and Responsibilities --- Responsibilities for technical upkeep and maintenance of machines and equipment in Finish capsules areas and daily monitoring of its technical condition. Identify, document, prioritize, plan, schedule, and deliver a department maintenance strategy. --- Selection of external suppliers to execute technical tasks. Negotiations and preparation of orders for suppliers --- Accountability to seek and deliver proposals that will increase machine and equipment efficiency and reduce operating cost --- Controlling and oversight of scheduled routine and non-routine tasks (repair, modification, and preventive maintenance). Analysis of maintenance and downtime records. Work as advisory of necessary level of spare parts in the parts warehouse in case of implementation of new equipment or change to existing ones. --- Keeping the technical documentation of designated area up to date and readily available for any type of technical activity to happen on machines and equipment. Participation in Factory Acceptance and Site Acceptance Tests and participation in resolving open issues --- Training of technical and operational personnel in aspect of machine operation, critical and routine maintenance. --- Work closely with budgets to help reduce costs.Liaise with NDM counterparts, plant teams, and vendor technical support.Qualifications
    • College degree: Bachelor of Science (Engineering, robotics, automation)Experience: 1-2 years working with high-speed and fully automated packaging and filling equipment in a FMCG or Food environment.
