Starting pay of $18.00 - $18.50 per hour - 5 day work week, Monday through Friday.

Must be available for occasional overtime; 4 hours on either side of shift time to cover for absenteeism.

Role Purpose:

To perform all duties for the insert line.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for inserting appropriate frames, wires, velcro, typar, foam blocks, elites, etc. Into molds just prior to pouring foam.
May perform other jobs as required.
Responsible for production department housekeeping and to cover for absenteeism.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations.
Be dependable and have a good attendance record.
Be available to work overtime.
Be able to work in a team environment.
Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.
Self starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.
Perform tasks through its completion.
