[Customer Service Rep / Remote] - Missouri Residents Welcome /
$18-hr.+ Benefits & PTO / Full-Time (10a to 630p EST) - As a
Membership Services Rep you'll: Resolve client issues in an
acceptable time frame via email- phone- and chat; Meet or exceed
the department's metric-driven goals and KPIs (FCR- CSAT- SLAs-
etc.); Follow company guidelines while thinking quickly to offer
solutions to meet customer needs; Provide onboarding product demos
via phone and video to new members; Leverage multiple applications
