Are you determined to help buyers find the home of their dreams? We're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic buyer's agent to join our team. You'll act as the buyer's main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities:

Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
--- Communicate with and prospect to your own SOI (Sphere of Influence) and Top 50 Friends and Clients in order to generate leads and closings for the team

Qualifications:

Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales
Real-estate license or pursuing required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real-estate experience
