We strongly believe in promoting from within, so all team members are encouraged to strive for the next level of personal and professional development.Reporting to the Pre-Sales Manager, this position is responsible for:Reconnecting with existing leads to qualify potential customers.Gathering key information from customers and supporting their transition to the Sales team.Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer first approach to deliver stellar service to all customers.Maintaining current knowledge of products and services offered.Other tasks as assigned.Requirements for Pre-Sales/Screener Rep:Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.Ability to present oneself well over the phone.Excellent customer service skills.Strong communication skills.Ability to effectively multi-task.Willingness to work 1-2 Saturday(s) per month.Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided).Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.Pay Rate for Pre-Sales/Screener Rep:$15/hour, plus bonus!If you are looking to join an awesome team and are driven to succeed, apply now!
