Due to rapid growth, we're looking for a talented, driven buyer's agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for prospecting clients and guiding them through the entire home buying process. Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process
Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
--- Communicate with and prospect to your own SOI (Sphere of Influence) and Top 50 Friends and Clients in order to generate leads and closings for the team

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Over 1 year of buyer's agent or relevant experience
Track record of successful real estate sales
Associate's degree preferred but not required to apply
