Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a District Manager for our Core-GE
sector within the Financial Services industry. The professional in
this role will be responsible for leading a sales team dedicated to
developing and expanding our customer base, ensuring the highest
levels of customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.
Utilizing deep industry knowledge and superb leadership skills, the
District Manager will strategize and execute sales plans, analyze
market trends, and drive team performance to capitalize on growth
opportunities. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
corporate goals. Lead, motivate, and support a high-performance
sales team. Identify and cultivate key customer relationships and
partnerships. Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to
adjust strategies. Manage budgets and forecasting, optimizing
expense lines. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and
company policies. Report on sales activities and outcomes to upper
management. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent
communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to develop and
execute sales strategies Expert knowledge of the financial services
industry Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends
and challenges Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Certified Sales
Professional (CSP) or similar credentials.
